These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Summoning Stone app (“App”) provided by Beau Nouvelle (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial tabletop gaming purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some content and features are free to use.

  • Premium content requires a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID account.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

4. User-Generated Content

  • You may create, upload, and share campaign templates and other content through the App.

  • By publishing content, you grant us and other users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content within the App.

  • Once published publicly, content becomes part of the community collective and will remain available to others even if you later delete your account.

  • Content tied only to your private account (unpublished campaigns, drafts, etc.) will be deleted if you delete your account.

  • You must not upload any content that is unlawful, offensive, infringes copyright, or violates third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All music, sound effects, ambience, images, and other assets provided within the App remain our property or the property of our licensors.

  • You may not extract, resell, redistribute, or use these assets outside the App.

  • Summoning Stone and its associated branding are our trademarks.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

  • Upload malicious code, spam, or disruptive content.

  • Misuse the community features to harass, abuse, or harm others.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices. Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
